• The contact person is the link to ESTD members in your own country
• As contact person you commit yourself to email exchanges (with ESTD Members/Board).
• The contact person receives the name of the new ESTD member from the ESTD board and welcomes this new member by sending him/her an email.
• During the period of the renewals (October to April), the contact person helps to stimulate renewal rates in their own country by reminding (by email) the members to renew. The ESTD board will regularly send an update of the renewals.
• The contact person is responsible for the updating of the ESTD website’s ‘country section’ of his own country and of the ‘assessment section’ of his respective language in the members only section .
