  Practical Training for People in Practice

  TRAINING AND NETWORKING EVENT 
  A peer forum exploring work with Dissociative Identity Disorder and other complex dissociative conditions

   

  You are warmly invited to this one day forum to share in work by members of ESTD UK. It provides an opportunity to catch up with any conference presentations which you may have missed, to extend your own thinking, knowledge and understanding of dissociative conditions and to network with like-minded colleagues.

  The day is for ESTD members and anyone else working or living with dissociation. It will consist of a selection of workshops which have been presented at leading conferences on trauma and dissociation in 2012: the ESTD conference in Berlin, the 2012 TAG conference & the 2012 ISSTD conference in the US. Even if you have attended these conferences, the choices available will ensure that you have the opportunity to hear anything you might have missed. Presenters are: Remy Aquarone, Orit Epstein, First Person Plural, Mike Lloyd, Renee Marks, Sue Richardson, Valerie Sinason, Nel Walker, Rachel Wingfield Schwartz and Joe Schwartz. Topics include assessment, treatment issues ( adults, children and adolescents), the perspective of experts by experience and research.

  The cost is inclusive of refreshments and a networking lunch. A certificate of attendance for 5 CPD hours will be provided.
