GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS - Online submission
 
  • All presenters must register for the meeting.
  • Incomplete abstracts will not be considered
  • All proposals must make reference to trauma or dissociation
  • All proposals must be submitted using the online form(s) at the ESTD web site.

  • Abstracts for workshops and symposia must include 3 learning objectives
  • Abstracts should be submitted in English using single-line spacing.
  • Abstracts must not exceed 250 words (excluding names and titles).
  • Author names and affiliations should be written as follows (initials followed by surname), with the presenting author’s name underlined:
    AN Author1, AN Author2 and AN Author3

 

  • PLEASE REFER TO SAMPLE ABSTRACT!
  • The abstract should be typed in single spacing, use: Microsoft word, font: Arial, Font size: 10
  • Results and conclusions must be included; it is not acceptable to state that results will be presented.
  • Scientific data presented must be original and not yet published elsewhere.
  • Photos, mono figures and other images and references should not be used.
  • Scientific abstract text should be divided into the following sections:
    • objectives, methods,
    • results,
    • conclusions (a background section can also be included).
  • Clinical abstract text :
    • Thus, the theme is intended to embrace the contributions of both our clinicians and researchers. Every clinician in our society has clinical cases that are worthy of study. We invite all clinicians to consider presenting one or more of their most interesting and challenging cases and reporting on both the process and outcome of therapy. The general clinical importance of the case study must be pointed out in the abstract.
  • Generic (not trade) names for drugs should be used and written in full (not denoted by initials).
  • Dosing regimens should be written in full. For example, TID should be written as three times daily.
  • Only original and unpublished abstracts in English shall be accepted.
