General Information
Regarding Conference Participation / Abstract Submission

Presenters will be expected to register for the conference. The Dutch Conference Committee and the
members of the ESTD Board will review all abstracts. Full details regarding the format of presentation will be communicated to authors once decisions have been made. All decisions of the program committee are final. Abstract notification will be after December 15, 2007.
After February 2008 more information about the program, instruction for presentation, guidelines for posters, will be sent.
All communication with the authors will by e-mail. (If you have changed your e-mail between the time of your submission and December, please inform the Conference Secretariat, of the changed address. Please check your e-mail regularly).

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Program / Abstract Book of the
ESTD First Bi-Annual International Conference.
The abstracts will also be published at the conference website after the conference.
